Saguaro National Park offers more than 160 miles of hiking trails, ranging from short interpretive hikes to day-long adventures in the Saguaro wilderness (designated in 1976). There are five trailheads which provide access to the Park's roughly 58,000 acres of desert and mountain terrain. Depending on the trail, be prepared for elevation gain of as much as 5,000 feet. Difficult Trails in Saguaro National Park

These are tough hikes in Saguaro.  Plan on hiking all day and make sure you are prepared and have plenty of water, especially in the summertime.  These hikes are long, have a lot of elevation change and can be extremely strenuous for even the most seasoned hiker.
