Tuscumbia Trail is an easy hike in Big Hill Pond State Park in southern Tennessee. Backcountry camping is available along this trail. This easy trail is great for those hiking with young kids. This trail is dog friendly, so long as your furry kids are on leash. The park website sums up hiking in Big Pond State Park as "Thirty miles of overnight and day use trails with four backpack trail shelters can be found on the park. Five miles of hiking trail and two shelters lies south of the railroad. This is within our hunting area. Trail map available upon request." There is camping available in Big Hill State Park.
