Notes

South Overlook Trail is a very easy kid friendly and ADA accessible hike in Scotts Bluff National Monument. The monument says "the South Overlook provides a view of Mitchell Pass, remnants of the Oregon Trail, and the Oregon Trail Museum and Visitor Center." This hike is dog friendly so long as your furry friend is on leash. Scotts Bluff National Monument does not have a campground.

Between 1841 and 1869, more than 350,000 people traveled west past Scotts Bluff.
