Ridgeline Trail is a moderate family friendly hike in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area that features thick forest. This hike is located in the middle section of the park and has yellow blazes. This trail meanders through a lush oak-hickory forest and shady hemlock ravines. The area around this trail was once farmland and hikers can still see rock walls and even a stone chimney along the way. For those looking for a longer adventure, more than 9 miles of trails can be interconnected throughout the area. This trail is dog friendly, but your pup must be on leash. There are campgrounds nearby.
