Pickle Creek Trail is an easy hiking trail in Hawn State Park near St. Louis. This trail has green blazes and is dog friendly, but your pup has to on leash. This trail follows Pickle Creek, which over time has carved a path exposing water sculpted granite boulders and sandstones bluffs. This hike can be turned into a loop by returning along part of the Whispering Pine Trail. This hike is a great choice for the whole family. Camping is available in Hawn State Park. Mountain bikes and equestrians are not allowed on this trail.
