Notes

Lynn Camp Prong Cascades is an easy kid friendly day hike in Great Smoky Mountains National Park that is perfect for hikers traveling with young kids or the elderly. This hike starts at the Middle Prong Trail on Tremont Road. The park says "Lynn Camp Prong rushes and tumbles over numerous cascades as it flows down the mountain beside the Middle Prong Trail. The trail follows the route of an old logging railroad, so it offers easy walking on a wide, relatively level path. Wildflowers bloom along the trail from spring through summer." There is plenty of camping available in Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
