The Lava Creek trail to Undine Falls in Yellowstone National Park is a great hike! Along the way keep an peeled for Bison, Elk and other wildlife! The trail follows the Gardner River then veers to follow Lava Creek. Undine Falls is a three tier falls that cascades down more than more than 100 ft! For those wanting a shorter hike to Undine Falls, check out the Lava Creek picnic area trail. Bears are common in the area so please follow all NPS guidelines for hiking in bear country! There is camping throughout Yellowstone National Park.
