Jordan Pond Trail is a moderate hiking trail in Acadia National Park that features wonderful views along the water’s edge. Along the way hikers can expect incredible views of Bubbles and along the rocky shoreline. The trailhead is located at the Jordan Pond Parking Area. Nearly 340 different bird species have been recorded in Acadia National Park, including twenty-three different species of warblers that breed in the park. The incredible diversity makes Acadia one of the premier bird-watching destinations in the country. Hikers that watch and listen along the trail will likely spot quite a few. Acadia has five campgrounds.
