Johnson Lake is an easy 3 km loop hike that circles the lake in Banff National Park. The trailhead Johnson Lake picnic area near Banff. Hikers can expect to walk past some of the oldest Douglas fir trees in Alberta while taking in breathtaking views of Mount Rundle and Cascade Mountain.
