Ice Age National Scenic Trail: Devil's Lake Section is a difficult hiking trail in Devil's Lake State Park near Madison Wisconsin. The IANST section in Devil’s Lake State Park combines several of the parks trails, all featuring incredible scenery. This trail is dog friendly, so long as your furry friend is on leash. There is camping available in Devil's Lake State Park and the park is also a great choice for winter outdoor recreation such as snowshoeing.

History

Devil's Lake State park was founded in 1911 and is Wisconsin's most visited and third oldest state park.
