Flint Point Loop Trail is an easy family friendly hike near Providence, Rhode Island. This trail is located in the Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge and is a wonderful choice for bird watching. The refuge is an important stopover and wintering area for migratory birds. From the mid 1600’s until the early 1900’s the area was used for farming and sheep grazing.
