Cable Trail is a moderate hike in Fall Creek Falls State Park near Chattanooga, Tennessee. This trail is very short, but steep and has cables to hold on to along the way. This one may not be the best for very young children. This trail is dog friendly, so long as your pup is on leash. This hike may not be the best for small children. The park says "there are over 35 miles of hiking trails around the park. Hikers can opt for short or long walks around the lake and to and from the base of Fall Creek Falls. There are two long distance overnight trails for the more adventuresome." There is camping available in Fall Creek Falls State Park.
