Dunnfield Creek Trail is a moderate family friendly hike in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area that features tremendous fly fishing. This hike is located in the southern section of the park. Dunnfield Creek has been designated a Wild Trout Stream is bursting with Brook Trout. Along the way hikers will pass through mature hemlock groves and mixed hardwood forest. The trail ends at Sunfish Pond. For those looking for a longer adventure, more than 20 miles of trails can be connected for an all day adventure. This trail is dog friendly, but your pup must be on leash. There are campgrounds nearby.
