Devil's Lake Grotto Trail is an easy hiking trail in Devil's Lake State Park near Madison Wisconsin. This flat trail leads hikers along the south face of the East Bluff and features wonderful views. The trail is dog friendly, so long as Lassie is on leash. Many of the parks trails can be combined to form longer hikes. There is camping available in Devil's Lake State Park and the park is also a great choice for winter outdoor recreation such as snowshoeing.

History

Devil's Lake State park was founded in 1911 and is Wisconsin's most visited and third oldest state park.
