The Crystalline Hills Trail is unmaintained so it may not be the best hike for those new to the sport or for young kids. The Crystalline Hills Trail is a good test to see if you are ready to go explore the park’s unspoiled wilderness via cross-country travel! There is camping available in Wrangell St. Elias National Park.
