The Congress Loop in Sequoia National Park is an easy and truly stunning hike that is sure to please the whole family. The trail begins at the General Sherman Tree, which is the largest tree in the world. The hike can be relatively busy, but quiets down quickly as most people turn around at General Sherman. Continuing along the trail hikers are greeted with amazing views of both the President and Lincoln trees, which are both commonly regarded as in the top ten biggest sequoias alive. This hike is ADA accessible and a wonderful choice for small kids and the elderly. There is camping available in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.
