Tupelo Trail is an easy hiking trail in Cache River State Recreation Area Illinois that features wonderful bird watching opportunities. The trailhead is located at the Marshall Ridge access area. Along the way hikers can expect rolling forest with exceptional views for cypress, tupelo and gum trees as they weave through swamplands. Keep an eye peeled for birds along the way, this trail features incredible wildlife viewing. This family friendly hike is also dog friendly, but your furry friends must be kept on leash.
