Activities & Features

Bridalveil Falls is a very easy kid friendly hike in Yosemite National Park that leads to beautiful waterfall. The park says "plunging 620 feet, Bridalveil Fall is often the first waterfall you'll see when entering Yosemite Valley. In spring, it thunders; during the rest of the year, look for its characteristic light, swaying flow. A paved trail leads from the parking area to the base of this waterfall, which flows year-round. Although paved, this is trail is not wheelchair accessible due to its grade." There is drinking water and restrooms available at the trailhead. The park lot fills up quickly, especially during the summer. This trail can be reached via the Valley Loop Trail as well. Bridalviel Falls Trail is a dog friendly hike, but your furry friend must be on leash. This trail is located in Yosemite Valley and is not the best choice for hikers seeking solitude. There is camping available in Yosemite National Park.
