Big Spring to Squaw Canyon Trail is a difficult day hike or backpacking trip in Canyonlands National Park that is great introduction to canyon hiking. Water is available seasonally along this hike, make sure to check with rangers before relying on any water source. This hike is located in the park's Needles District. Canyonlands National Park has two campgrounds, Squaw Flat Campground in The Needles District and Willow Flat Campground in the Island in the Sky District.
