Beach Hiking is a moderate hike in Cape Henlopen State Park near Dover Delaware. Hiker and horseback riders will be greeted with wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Henlopen and Gordons Pond. Bird watchers will also enjoy this hike! Make sure to keep eye peeled for Osprey in particular. This trail is dog friendly, but your four-legged friend must be on leash.

History

Along the way hikers will also pass by military bunkers which housed heavy artillery during World War II.
